What is the return policy?
Since products are created on demand and customised on an order by order basis, we don’t accept returns, exchanges or size/color exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us via the PocketOnyx website contact email address customerservices@pocketonynx.com.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns as they are manufactured on demand by a 3rd party as required.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to usually fulfil an order as it is made on demand, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
